Tribute (Honor & Memorial) Gifts
Making a tribute gift is a fitting way to memorialize a loved one or to express gratitude to those who have served you – your physician, nurse or another caregiver who has made a special impact on you and your family.
Columbia St. Mary’s proudly accepts gift made in memory of or in honor of those special individuals in your life. When you make a tribute gift, the family or honoree will be sent an acknowledgement of your gift.

Annual Fund Gifts
Columbia St. Mary’s Foundation thanks the many donors who support the Foundation through annual gifts under $1,000. These gifts are generally undesignated and support the programs, patients and staff of Columbia St. Mary’s. Annual, undesignated gifts create a continuous stream of revenue to help CSM respond to urgent priorities every year.

Benefactors Society Gifts
The Benefactors Society is a group of extraordinary people who are dedicated to serving our community with annual gifts of $1,000 or more. These gifts are generally undesignated, but may be designated to one of three areas: Advanced Technology & Treatment, Enhanced Patient Experience or Community Impact. Within those three areas the gift can be targeted to a particular hospital, department, service or piece of equipment. These gifts play a substantial role in helping Columbia St. Mary’s provide medical excellence in service and care to everyone in the community, especially to those who are vulnerable.

Priority Funding & Endowment Gifts
These gifts are $10,000 or more that can be designated to one of three areas: Advanced Technology & Treatment, Enhanced Patient Experience or Community Impact. Within those three areas the gift can be targeted to a particular hospital, department, service or piece of equipment.

Matching Gifts
Many employers offer matching gift programs and that increase the amount and impact of your gift. Check with your employer’s Human Resources Department to see if they offer a matching gift program. If they do, fill out the applicable form and send to CSM Foundation and we will do the rest. It is that easy!
